Because every product is made to order, we don’t keep inventory — but we stand behind our quality and will always make things right if something goes wrong.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged or defective
- With significant print or color issues
- Incorrect or missing items
To request a replacement:
- Email blastartzcreations@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size or style selected (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
- Minor color differences due to screen settings
- Customer-approved custom artwork
