Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your BlastArtz gear!
Because every product is made to order, we don’t keep inventory — but we stand behind our quality and will always make things right if something goes wrong.

Our guarantee
If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it
or refund you.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items
Email us a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away, no need to ship anything back.

Changed your mind or wrong size?
Reach out within 30 days and we'll work it out with you. Every shirt is printed to order, so we
can't resell returned items, but we'd rather take care of you than leave you with something you
won't wear.

Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering to help us keep this
possible.

How to start
Email: blastartzcreations@gmail.com with your order number and, if there's a problem with the
item, a photo. We reply within 24 – 48 business hours (Mon–Fri).

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 –10 business days
once approved.
