We want you to love your BlastArtz gear!
Because every product is made to order, we don’t keep inventory — but we stand behind our quality and will always make things right if something goes wrong.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged or defective
  • With significant print or color issues
  • Incorrect or missing items

To request a replacement:

  1. Email blastartzcreations@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or style selected (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
  • Customer-approved custom artwork
